Article R6341-32-1 of the French Labour Code

I.-The rate of reimbursement by the State of the remuneration maintained for trainees by their employers may not exceed:

1° 50% in the case of job creation or modification of the production process;

2° 70% in the case of a reduction in the workforce or cessation of activity.

II.-In the case of agreements providing for the financing of a job adaptation action or a training action by the National Employment Fund, the rate of reimbursement may not exceed:

1° 50% for adaptation actions ;

2° 70% for training.

I.-Le taux de remboursement par l’Etat de la rémunération maintenue aux stagiaires par leurs employeurs ne peut dépasser :


1° 50 % dans le cas de création d’emplois ou de modification du processus de production ;


2° 70 % dans le cas de réduction d’effectif ou de cessation d’activité.


II.-Dans le cas des conventions prévoyant le financement d’une action d’adaptation au poste de travail ou d’une action de formation par le Fonds national de l’emploi, le taux de remboursement ne peut dépasser :


1° 50 % pour les actions d’adaptation ;


2° 70 % pour les actions de formation.
