Article R6341-32-2 of the French Labour Code

Employees awaiting reintegration or awaiting redeployment pursuant to article L. 1226-7 and who are following a training course approved by the State or a region for the remuneration of trainees receive a monthly remuneration equal to their previous salary, determined in accordance with the conditions set out in the second and third paragraphs of article D. 6341-26 within the limits of the minimum and maximum amounts set out in article D. 6341-24-3.

Les travailleurs salariés qui sont en attente de réinsertion ou en instance de reclassement en application de l’article L. 1226-7 et qui suivent un stage agréé par l’Etat ou une région au titre de la rémunération des stagiaires perçoivent une rémunération mensuelle égale à leur salaire antérieur, déterminée suivant les conditions prévues aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article D. 6341-26 dans les limites des montants minimum et maximum fixés à l’article D. 6341-24-3.
