Article R6341-38 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the provisions of article R. 6341-37, the competent prefect is:
1° Either that of the département in which the head office of the institution responsible for managing the remuneration is located;
2° Or that of the département in which the centre of the establishment mentioned inarticle L. 5315-1 of the Labour Code which provides the training course is located, with regard to the trainees it is responsible for remunerating.

Article R6341-38

Pour l’application des dispositions de l’article R. 6341-37, le préfet compétent est :
1° Soit celui du département du siège de l’institution chargée de la gestion de la rémunération ;
2° Soit celui du département dans lequel est implanté le centre de l’établissement mentionné à l’article L. 5315-1 du code du travail qui dispense le stage, en ce qui concerne les stagiaires qu’elle est chargée de rémunérer.
