Article R6341-43 of the French Labour Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of articles R. 6341-39 to R. 6341-42, the payment of remuneration payable by the State may be made by the training establishments or centres when they are subject to the administrative and financial control of the State.
Agreements between these bodies, the Minister for the Economy and Finance and the Minister concerned set out the terms and conditions for the application of this article.

Par dérogation aux dispositions des articles R. 6341-39 à R. 6341-42, le paiement des rémunérations à la charge de l’Etat peut être réalisé par les établissements ou centres de formation lorsque ceux-ci sont soumis au contrôle administratif et financier de l’Etat.
Des conventions conclues entre ces organismes, le ministre de l’économie et des finances et le ministre intéressé fixent les modalités d’application du présent article.
