Article R6341-5 of the French Labour Code

The administrative authority responsible for granting approval shall examine the training course project in accordance with the following assessment criteria:
1° The nature of the training course;
2° The conditions for admission of the trainee;
3° The level of training;
4° The content of the programmes;
5° The content of the training plan provided for in article R. 6341-12;
6° Sanctioning of studies;
7° Qualifications of teachers and those responsible for the course;
8° Installation of premises;
9° Financial, technical and pedagogical control.

Article R6341-5

L’autorité administrative compétente pour délivrer l’agrément examine le projet de stage selon les critères d’appréciation suivants :
1° La nature du stage ;
2° Les conditions d’admission du stagiaire ;
3° Le niveau de la formation ;
4° Le contenu des programmes ;
5° Le contenu du plan de formation prévu à l’article R. 6341-12 ;
6° La sanction des études ;
7° La qualification des enseignants et des responsables du stage ;
8° L’installation des locaux ;
9° L’exercice du contrôle financier, technique et pédagogique.
