Article R6351-8 of the French Labour Code

I.-Any change to the training provider’s declaration of activity must be the subject of an amending declaration within thirty days, in accordance with the following procedures:

1° With the regional prefect to whom the declaration of activity was addressed ;

2° When the amended declaration is sent by electronic means in accordance with the procedures defined in the second paragraph of article R. 6351-1, to the Minister responsible for vocational training.

II.-The training provider’s cessation of activity must be declared within thirty days to the regional prefect to whom the declaration of activity was addressed.

Article R6351-8

I.-Toute modification de la déclaration d’activité du prestataire de formation fait l’objet, dans un délai de trente jours, d’une déclaration rectificative selon les modalités suivantes :

1° Auprès du préfet de région destinataire de la déclaration d’activité ;

2° Lorsque la déclaration rectificative est adressée par voie dématérialisée selon les modalités définies au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 6351-1, au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.

II.-La cessation d’activité du prestataire de formation fait l’objet, dans un délai de trente jours, d’une déclaration auprès du préfet de région destinataire de la déclaration d’activité.
