Article R6352-19 of the French Labour Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of I of article L. 822-1 of the French Commercial Code applicable to public limited companies, private-sector training providers must appoint at least one statutory auditor and one deputy if, at the end of the calendar year or at the close of the financial year, they exceed the figures set for two of the following three criteria:
1° Three for the number of employees;
2° 153,000 euros for the amount of turnover or resources excluding tax;
3° 230,000 euros for the balance sheet total.

Sans préjudice des dispositions du I de l’article L. 822-1 du code de commerce applicables aux sociétés anonymes, les dispensateurs de formation de droit privé désignent au moins un commissaire aux comptes et un suppléant lorsqu’ils dépassent, à la fin de l’année civile ou à la clôture de l’exercice, les chiffres fixés pour deux des trois critères suivants :
1° Trois pour le nombre des salariés ;
2° 153 000 euros pour le montant hors taxe du chiffre d’affaires ou des ressources ;
3° 230 000 euros pour le total du bilan.
