Article R6523-2-13 of the French Labour Code

Without prejudice to the application of the provisions of articles R. 6332-5 to R. 6332-7, the authorisation referred to in article R. 6523-2-9 is revoked, by joint order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and for overseas France, after an adversarial procedure, when the conditions justifying its issue cease to be met or in the event of repeated malfunctions or failures on the part of the operator in carrying out its mission in the territory.

Sans préjudice de l’application des dispositions des articles R. 6332-5 à R. 6332-7, l’autorisation mentionnée à l’article R. 6523-2-9 est abrogée, par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la formation professionnelle et des outre-mer, après procédure contradictoire, lorsque les conditions justifiant sa délivrance cessent d’être remplies ou en cas de dysfonctionnements répétés ou de défaillances de l’opérateur dans l’accomplissement de sa mission sur le territoire.
