Article R6523-2-15 of the French Labour Code

In Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, in application of article L. 6523-1-3, a cross-industry skills operator approved under article L. 6332-1-1 is authorised by joint order of the ministers responsible for vocational training and the overseas departments and territories to manage the contributions mentioned in Title III of Book One of Part Six of this Code in these territories for a period of five years.

This order specifies the territorial scope of the authorisation.

Article R6523-2-15

A Saint-Martin et à Saint-Barthélemy, en application de l’article L. 6523-1-3, un opérateur de compétences interprofessionnel agréé au titre de l’article L. 6332-1-1 est autorisé par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la formation professionnelle et des outre-mer à gérer sur ce ou ces territoires, pour une durée de cinq ans, les contributions mentionnées au titre III du livre premier de la sixième partie du présent code.

Cet arrêté précise le champ d’application territorial de l’autorisation.
