Article R6523-2-16-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application of articles R. 6331-52 and R. 6332-72 to Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the words: “the body mentioned in article L. 225-1-1” are replaced respectively by the words: “the body mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code” and “the body mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 752-1 of the Social Security Code”.

Pour l’application des articles R. 6331-52 et R. 6332-72 à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Barthélemy, les mots : “ l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 225-1-1 ” sont remplacés respectivement par les mots : “ l’organisme mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 752-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ” et “ l’organisme mentionné au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 752-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ”.
