Article R6523-2-20 of the French Labour Code

For the application of articles R. 6331-52 and R. 6332-72 in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “the body mentioned in article L. 225-1-1” are replaced by the words: “the social security fund mentioned in article 3 of order no. 77-1102 of 26 September 1977, as amended, extending and adapting various provisions relating to social affairs to the department of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.

Pour l’application des articles R. 6331-52 et R. 6332-72 à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les mots : “ l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 225-1-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ la caisse de sécurité sociale mentionnée à l’article 3 de l’ordonnance n° 77-1102 du 26 septembre 1977 modifiée portant extension et adaptation au département de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon de diverses dispositions relatives aux affaires sociales ”.
