Where Article L. 631-16 and the mandataire judiciaire is appointed by the court to distribute funds among the creditors, he shall be allocated the remuneration provided for in article R. 663-16.

Lorsqu’il est fait application de l’article L. 631-16 et que le mandataire judiciaire est désigné par le tribunal pour répartir des fonds entre les créanciers, il lui est alloué la rémunération prévue à l’article R. 663-16.
