The liquidator’s remuneration is determined by the president of the court on the basis of a detailed account. Where appropriate, the president of the court then makes a final decision on the remuneration due to the liquidator.

La rémunération du mandataire est arrêtée par le président du tribunal au vu d’un compte détaillé. S’il y a lieu, le président arrête alors à titre définitif la rémunération due au liquidateur.
