Article R663-50 of the French Commercial code

In the event of the opening of compulsory liquidation proceedings under the conditions provided for in articles L. 645-9 and L. 645-12, the indemnity provided for in articles L. 663-3 and R. 663-41 is paid to the judicial representative or to the person chosen on the basis of the first paragraph of II or III of article L. 812-2, less any sums already paid on the basis of the last three paragraphs of article R. 663-41.

En cas d’ouverture d’une procédure de liquidation judiciaire dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 645-9 et L. 645-12, l’indemnité prévue aux articles L. 663-3 et R. 663-41 est versée au mandataire judiciaire ou à la personne choisie sur le fondement du premier alinéa du II ou du III de l’article L. 812-2, déduction faite des sommes déjà versées sur le fondement des trois derniers alinéas de l’article R. 663-41.
