The master plan may provide, in compliance with the conditions defined in Article R. 711-36, for the merger of territorial chambers of commerce and industry whose districts border each other but which belong to different regions.
The merger is included in the master plans drawn up and adopted by the regional chambers concerned.
Le schéma directeur peut prévoir, dans le respect des conditions définies à l’article R. 711-36, la fusion de chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales dont les circonscriptions sont limitrophes mais qui appartiennent à des régions différentes.
La fusion est inscrite dans les schémas directeurs établis et adoptés par les chambres de région intéressées.
