Article R7123-13 of the French Labour Code

Every three years, in the two months preceding the anniversary of the date on which the licence was obtained, the beneficiary of the licence sends the Prefect referred to in article R. * 7123-9, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, a declaration certifying that there has been no change in the situation of the agency with regard to the documents provided in the initial application, taking into account, where applicable, the documents communicated in application of article R. 7123-11.

Le bénéficiaire de la licence adresse au préfet mentionné à l’article R. * 7123-9, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, tous les trois ans, dans les deux mois qui précèdent la date anniversaire de l’obtention de la licence, une déclaration certifiant qu’aucun changement n’est intervenu dans la situation de l’agence au regard des pièces fournies dans la demande initiale, compte tenu, le cas échéant, des documents communiqués en application de l’article R. 7123-11.
