Article R7123-5 of the French Labour Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of sub-sections 1 and 2 of section 2 of Chapter IV of Title II of Book VI of Part Four of this Code, the information and prevention visit or the pre-recruitment medical examination remains valid for one year for contracts concluded by the model with the same modelling agency or six months for contracts concluded with several modelling agencies when the following conditions are met:

1° The model is to occupy an identical job ;

2° The health professionals in the occupational health department responsible for monitoring the state of health of the models in each modelling agency are in possession of the medical opinion of fitness or the monitoring certificate for each model and the medical opinion provided for in Article L. 7123-2-1 of the Labour Code;

3° No unsuitability was recognised or measure proposed in application of Article L. 4624-3 at the last medical examination during the previous twelve months.

Par dérogation aux dispositions des sous-sections 1 et 2 de la section 2 du chapitre IV du titre II du livre VI de la quatrième partie du présent code, la visite d’information et de prévention ou l’examen médical d’embauche demeure valable un an pour les contrats conclus par le mannequin auprès de la même agence de mannequins ou six mois pour les contrats conclus avec plusieurs agences de mannequins lorsque les conditions suivantes sont réunies :

1° Le mannequin est appelé à occuper un emploi identique ;

2° Les professionnels de santé du service de santé au travail, chargés du suivi de l’état de santé des mannequins de chaque agence de mannequins, sont en possession de l’avis médical d’aptitude ou de l’attestation de suivi de chaque mannequin et de l’avis médical prévu à l’article L. 7123-2-1 du code du travail ;

3° Aucune inaptitude n’a été reconnue ni mesure proposée en application de l’article L. 4624-3 lors du dernier examen médical intervenu au cours des douze mois précédents.
