Article R7123-7 of the French Labour Code

Each mannequin will receive at least one visit or examination carried out by a health professional from the occupational health service per twelve-month period with a view to ensuring, if he is covered by reinforced individual monitoring, that he remains fit to carry out the job in question.

The first visit or examination takes place within twelve months of the first information and prevention visit or medical examination on recruitment.

Chaque mannequin bénéficie d’au moins une visite ou un examen réalisés par un professionnel de santé du service de santé au travail par période de douze mois en vue de s’assurer, s’il relève du suivi individuel renforcé, du maintien de son aptitude à exercer l’emploi considéré.

La première visite ou le premier examen a lieu dans les douze mois qui suivent la première visite d’information et de prévention ou l’examen médical d’embauche.
