Candidates for a territorial chamber of commerce and industry who have received at least 5% of the votes cast in that election may obtain reimbursement of their campaign expenses from the territorial chamber of commerce and industry.
In the event of a grouping of candidates, all the candidates in the grouping are deemed to have obtained 5% of the votes cast once at least one of them has achieved this percentage.
