As far as postal voting is concerned, the envelopes, ballot papers and candidate circulars constitute the instruments required for voting mentioned in 1° of article R. 713-14. An order of the supervisory minister sets the format, wording and printing procedures for the voting envelopes, ballot papers and candidate circulars, as well as the procedures for presenting candidates on the ballot papers.
The Election Organisation Committee is responsible for checking that the voting instruments comply with the provisions of this order.
