A national technical committee, whose members are appointed by order of the supervisory minister, is responsible for monitoring the electronic voting process.

In the event of a malfunction in the electronic voting system compromising the smooth running of the ballot, the national technical committee may take any information and safeguard measures and, if necessary, decide to suspend the voting operations.

Une commission technique nationale, dont les membres sont désignés par arrêté du ministre de tutelle, est chargée de contrôler le déroulement du vote électronique.

En cas de dysfonctionnement du système de vote électronique compromettant le bon déroulement du scrutin, la commission technique nationale peut prendre toute mesure d’information et de sauvegarde et, le cas échéant, décider de la suspension des opérations de vote.
