A national technical committee, whose members are appointed by order of the supervisory minister, is responsible for monitoring the electronic voting process. In the event of a malfunction in the electronic voting system compromising the smooth running of the ballot, the national technical committee may take any information and safeguard measures and, if necessary, decide to suspend the voting operations.

The terms and conditions for the application of this section and the appraisal of the voting system shall be laid down by order of the Minister responsible for the chambers of commerce and industry, after obtaining the opinion of the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés. .
