At the end of the count, the election organisation committee draws up minutes for each election, drawn up in accordance with a model set by order of the supervisory minister signed by its chairman and members, and proclaims the results of the elections in public.
These proclamations take place no later than seventy-two hours after the start of the count.
The lists of votes and the minutes are sent to the administrative authority mentioned in II of article R. 731-1. The latter sends a copy of the minutes to the minister responsible for overseeing the chambers of commerce and industry, to the territorial chamber of commerce and industry and to the regional chamber of commerce and industry.
The voters’ lists may be consulted at the prefecture under the conditions laid down by Article L. 68 of the Electoral Code.
