Article R713-34 of the French Commercial code

The election organisation commission provided for in Article L. 713-17 and governed by the provisions of Article R. 713-13 is also competent to organise the election of consular delegates.

However, for this task, the secretariat is provided jointly by the registrar of the court mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 713-13 and by the director general of the territorial chamber of commerce and industry or his representative.

La commission d’organisation des élections prévue à l’article L. 713-17 et régie par les dispositions de l’article R. 713-13 est également compétente pour organiser l’élection des délégués consulaires.

Toutefois, pour cette mission, le secrétariat est assuré conjointement par le greffier de la juridiction mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 713-13 et par le directeur général de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale ou son représentant.
