Article R713-44 of the French Commercial code

I.-The provisions of I, the first and second paragraphs of II and IV of Article R. 713-9 are applicable to the election of consular delegates.

II.-Each candidate shall certify to the Prefect, in the form of a declaration on their honour, that they meet the eligibility conditions listed in Article L. 713-10 and that he or she is not subject to any of the disabilities provided for in Article L. 713-9.

Article R713-44

I.-Les dispositions du I, des premier et deuxième alinéas du II et du IV de l’article R. 713-9 sont applicables à l’élection des délégués consulaires.

II.-Chaque candidat atteste auprès du préfet, sous forme d’une déclaration sur l’honneur, qu’il remplit les conditions d’éligibilité énumérées à l’article L. 713-10 et qu’il n’est frappé d’aucune des incapacités prévues à l’article L. 713-9.
