Article R713-5 of the French Commercial code

The commission’s decisions may be contested under the conditions set out in IV of article L. 18, I of article L. 20, I and II of article R. 17 and articles R. 18 to R. 19-6 of the Electoral Code.

The appeals provided for in IV of article L. 18 and the first paragraph of I of Article L. 20 of the Electoral Code shall be lodged within seven days of notification of the commission’s decision.

The territorially competent judicial court is that in whose jurisdiction the chamber of commerce and industry concerned has its registered office.

Les décisions de la commission peuvent faire l’objet d’une contestation formée dans les conditions prévues aux IV de l’article L. 18, I de l’article L. 20, les I et II de l’article R. 17 et aux articles R. 18 à R. 19-6 du code électoral.

Les recours prévus aux IV de l’article L. 18 et au premier alinéa du I de l’article L. 20 du code électoral sont formés dans les sept jours à compter de la notification de la décision de la commission.

Le tribunal judiciaire territorialement compétent est celui dans le ressort duquel la chambre de commerce et d’industrie concernée a son siège.
