Article R716-8 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The period mentioned in the last paragraph of Article L. 716-1 is three months.

The date of the end of the examination phase referred to in the same article is notified without delay to the parties by the Director General of the Institute. This date occurs if a party has not submitted any observations by the end of the periods mentioned in Article R. 716-6 and, at the latest, on the day of the presentation of oral observations. The Director General of the Institute shall notify the parties of this date without delay.

Le délai mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 716-1 est de trois mois.

La date de fin de la phase d’instruction mentionnée au même article est notifiée sans délai aux parties par le directeur général de l’Institut. Cette date intervient dès lors qu’une partie n’a pas présenté d’observations à l’expiration des délais mentionnés à l’article R. 716-6 et, au plus tard, le jour de la présentation des observations orales. Le directeur général de l’Institut notifie sans délai cette date aux parties.
