Article R8115-10 of the French Labour Code

Notwithstanding Article R. 8115-2, when the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment decides to impose an administrative fine on the basis of Articles L. 4751-1 to L. 4754-1 and L. 8115-1 to L. 8115-8, he invites the interested party to submit his observations within a period of one month.

This period may be extended by one month at the request of the person concerned, if justified by the circumstances or complexity of the situation.

Article R8115-10

Par dérogation à l’article R. 8115-2, lorsque le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi décide de prononcer une amende administrative sur le fondement des articles L. 4751-1 à L. 4754-1 et L. 8115-1 à L. 8115-8, il invite l’intéressé à présenter ses observations dans un délai d’un mois.

Ce délai peut être prorogé d’un mois à la demande de l’intéressé, si les circonstances ou la complexité de la situation le justifient.
