I. – Pursuant to the provisions of the eighth paragraph of Article L. 812-3, are exempt from professional training:
– court-appointed administrators, lawyers, notaries, auctioneers, bailiffs, commercial court clerks, former solicitors, chartered accountants, auditors who have practised their profession for at least ten years;
– persons who have worked for at least ten years as an assistant to a judicial representative;
– persons who hold one of the qualifications or diplomas mentioned in article R. 811-7 and can provide evidence of at least fifteen years’ professional accounting, legal or financial practice, in the field of administration, financing, restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions, or the takeover of companies, particularly companies in difficulty.
II. – The length of the professional training period is at least one year for:
– judicial administrators, lawyers, notaries, judicial auctioneers, bailiffs, commercial court clerks, former solicitors, chartered accountants, statutory auditors who have practised their profession for at least five years;
– persons holding one of the qualifications or diplomas mentioned in article R. 811-7 and can provide evidence of at least ten years’ professional accounting, legal or financial practice, in the field of administration, financing, restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions, or the takeover of companies, particularly companies in difficulty.
