Article R812-11 of the French Commercial code

The panel responsible for conducting the aptitude test for judicial representatives is that provided for in Article R. 811-19. However, the two judicial administrators are replaced by two judicial representatives appointed after consultation with the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires. The articles R. 811-20 and R. 811-21 are applicable.
