Article R812-6 of the French Commercial code

The jury for the examination for access to the traineeship is that provided for in Article R. 811-10. However, the professor or senior lecturer of economics or management is replaced by a professor or senior lecturer of law and the two receivers are replaced by two judicial representatives appointed under the same conditions.

Toutefois, le professeur ou le maître de conférences de sciences économiques ou de gestion est remplacé par un professeur ou un maître de conférences de droit et les deux administrateurs judiciaires sont remplacés par deux mandataires judiciaires désignés dans les mêmes conditions.
