The members of the National Council elect from among their number, on a parity basis, a chairman, a vice-chairman and four members, who constitute the bureau.
The bureau is elected by a single-round majority vote for a period of two years.
In the event of a tie, the oldest of the candidates is declared elected.
The chairman and vice-chairman shall belong, alternately, one to the profession of court-appointed administrators and the other to the profession of court-appointed agents.
The outgoing chairman shall be eligible for re-election to this office and to that of vice-chairman only after an interval of at least four years.
