Article R814-14 of the French Commercial code

The Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires draws up its budget. On 1 March each year, it draws up its balance sheet for the operations of the previous year. This balance sheet shall be certified by an auditor chosen by the bureau.

It shall set the amount of the contribution paid annually to the national council by each judicial administrator and each judicial representative, as well as the fraction of this contribution allocated to professional training.

Le Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires établit son budget. Il dresse, le 1er mars de chaque année, son bilan pour les opérations de l’année précédente. Ce bilan est certifié par un commissaire aux comptes choisi par le bureau.

Il fixe le montant de la cotisation que verse annuellement au conseil national chaque administrateur judiciaire et chaque mandataire judiciaire ainsi que la fraction de cette cotisation affectée à la formation professionnelle.
