An appeal against the decision of the commission ruling on registration may be lodged with the Paris Court of Appeal by the interested party, the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, the Government Commissioner and the President of the National Council, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the letter notifying the decision.
The appeal is lodged either by declaration to the clerk’s office of the court of appeal, or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the chief clerk.
The chief clerk shall notify, as appropriate, the interested party, the Minister of Justice, the Government Commissioner or the President of the National Council.
The appeal is investigated and judged in accordance with the rules applicable to proceedings without compulsory representation.
