Article R814-6 of the French Commercial code

The officers of the National Council shall organise the election. It shall determine the applicable procedures, in particular those for postal voting, other than those provided for in this title, in accordance with rules subject to the approval of the Minister of Justice.

Each nomination paper shall indicate the title of the list submitted. It shall include the surname and forenames of the candidate, his professional domicile, his signature, the date on which he was entered on the national list or, in the case of a judicial representative, the regional list if he was entered on the latter before the national list was drawn up.

Each list shall comprise at least four candidates. No person may be a candidate on more than one list.

Le bureau du Conseil national organise l’élection. Il détermine les modalités applicables, notamment celles du vote par correspondance, autres que celles prévues par le présent titre, selon des règles soumises à l’approbation du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice.

Chaque déclaration de candidature indique le titre de la liste présentée. Elle comporte les nom et prénoms du candidat, son domicile professionnel, sa signature, la date à laquelle il a été inscrit sur la liste nationale, ou, lorsqu’il s’agit d’un mandataire judiciaire, la liste régionale si son inscription sur celle-ci est antérieure à l’établissement de la liste nationale.

Chaque liste comprend au moins quatre candidats. Nul ne peut être candidat sur plus d’une liste.
