Article R821-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The official report of the transport company’s failure, referred to in article L. 821-12, includes:
1° The name of the transport company;
2° The references of the flight or journey concerned;
3° In the event of the disembarkation of a foreign national without the required documents: the identity of the passenger in respect of whom the transport company is likely to be held liable, specifying the reason for the refusal of entry;
4° In the event of failure to re-routine or take charge of a foreign national: the identity of the passenger.
It also includes, where appropriate, the transport company’s observations.

Article R821-4

Le procès-verbal constatant le manquement de l’entreprise de transport, mentionné à l’article L. 821-12, comporte :
1° Le nom de l’entreprise de transport ;
2° Les références du vol ou du voyage concerné ;
3° En cas de débarquement d’un étranger dépourvu des documents requis : l’identité du passager au titre duquel la responsabilité de l’entreprise de transport est susceptible d’être engagée, en précisant le motif du refus d’entrée ;
4° En cas de défaut de réacheminement ou de prise en charge d’un étranger : l’identité du passager.
Il comporte également, le cas échéant, les observations de l’entreprise de transport.
