If a firm of statutory auditors transfers its registered office outside the jurisdiction of the regional company to which it belongs, it must inform the Haut Conseil without delay.

Si une société de commissaires aux comptes transfère son siège social hors du ressort de la compagnie régionale à laquelle elle est rattachée, elle en informe sans délai le Haut conseil.
