1° Documents relating to his initial appointment and, where applicable, to previous renewals of his term of office;
2° A statement of the legal and factual circumstances that lead him to question the starting date of the initial term of office.
The bureau of the High Council acknowledges receipt of the request and informs the interested party of the timeframe envisaged for dealing with the question.
The bureau may request from the public interest entity or the statutory auditor any additional information or documents needed to examine the question.
It may hear representatives of the public interest entity or the auditor concerned. It may call on experts.
The Board’s response shall be sent to the auditor who made the request, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
