Article R823-8 of the French Consumer Code

The Board of Directors shall adopt its rules of procedure. A financial committee is set up within the Board of Directors to prepare the Board’s work on points 4° to 10° of Article R. 823-7. An order of the Minister for Industry sets the composition and operating procedures of this committee.

Article R823-8

Le conseil d’administration arrête son règlement intérieur. Il est institué au sein du conseil d’administration un comité financier chargé de préparer les travaux du conseil sur les points 4° à 10° de l’article R. 823-7. Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’industrie fixe la composition et les modalités de fonctionnement de ce comité.
