Make An Appointment

Article R823-9 of the French Consumer Code

A Government Commissioner, appointed by order of the Minister for Industry, is assigned to the establishment. He may at any time ask to be provided with any documents, papers or records and carry out or arrange for any checks to be carried out. If unable to attend, he may be represented at meetings of the Board of Directors by a civil servant under his authority.

Un commissaire du Gouvernement, nommé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’industrie, est placé auprès de l’établissement. Il peut à tout moment se faire communiquer tous documents, pièces ou archives et procéder ou faire procéder à toutes vérifications. Il fait connaître l’avis du Gouvernement sur les problèmes évoqués.
En cas d’empêchement, il peut se faire représenter aux séances du conseil d’administration par un fonctionnaire placé sous son autorité.
