Title V: Information organisation

The information body referred to in article L. 451-1 is designated by an order of the Minister for the Economy. It shall respond to the requests provided for in the same article within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the request. It shall cooperate with the information bodies of the other Member States of the European Union to obtain or provide the information mentioned in the same article.

The file referred to in II of article L. 451-1-1 is compiled by the information body referred to in article L. 451-1, based on the daily cross-referencing of information from the file provided for in I of the same article L. 451-1-1 and the information referred to inarticle L. 330-1 of the Highway Code.
