Article R451-4 of the French Insurance Code

The information body referred to in article L. 451-1 sends the information contained in the files referred to in I and II of article L. 451-1-1 to the State and to the Fonds de garantie des assurances obligatoires de dommages by any means, and in particular electronically. It shall respond by the same means to requests from the State.

The State and the Fonds de garantie des assurances obligatoires de dommages may question the information body by electronic means.

Article R451-4

L’organisme d’information mentionné à l’article L. 451-1 transmet à l’Etat et au fonds de garantie des assurances obligatoires de dommages par tous moyens, et notamment par voie électronique, les informations contenues dans les fichiers mentionnés au I et au II de l’article L. 451-1-1. Il répond par les mêmes moyens aux demandes de l’Etat.

L’Etat et le fonds de garantie des assurances obligatoires de dommages peuvent interroger l’organisme d’information par voie électronique.
