At least once a year, the Minister responsible for civil aviation publishes a safety report containing information on the types of accidents, incidents and occurrences recorded.
Reports are drawn up by the technical investigators when operations are carried out pursuant to article L. 721-5. The reports include the date and time of the start and end of the operation, the name and signature of the technical investigator who carried it out, an inventory of the items or documents retained or checked and, where applicable, the observations of the person who had custody of them.
