Chapter VII: Special provisions in the absence of a court-appointed administrator.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply where no receiver has been appointed pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article L. 621-4. The other provisions of this title are applicable insofar as they do not conflict with those of this chapter. .

The debtor shall exercise, after receiving the assent of the mandataire judiciaire, the option available to the administrator to continue current contracts and to request the termination of the lease pursuant to articles L. 622-13 and L. 622-14. In the event of disagreement, any interested party may refer the matter to the juge-commissaire.

After the draft plan has been filed with the registry by the debtor, the court shall rule in the light of the official receiver’s report.
