In the event of opposition by the accused, the head of the court registry shall notify the public prosecutor or the officer of the public prosecutor’s office without delay, and shall forward the documents in the proceedings.

On expiry of the objection period, the head of the registry shall notify the accounting officer of the Directorate-General of Public Finance of the objections received and of the cancellation of the corresponding extracts. .

The accounting officer of the Directorate General of Public Finance shall proceed with the recovery of the criminal order upon expiry of the period of thirty days from the date of dispatch of the registered letter provided for in Article R. 42, unless an objection is lodged.
