Chapter II: Retirement savings plan giving rise to membership of a group insurance contract

The rates charged by insurance companies for retirement savings plans are based on a technical interest rate of 0% at the most. The provisions of this article do not apply to commitments governed by Articles L. 441-1 of this Code, L. 222-1 of the Code de la Mutualité and L. 932-24 of the Code de la Sécurité Sociale.

Supplementary cover in the event of loss of autonomy is the subject of a separate section of a policy common to the retirement savings plan, with an indication of the content of the cover and the corresponding premium. The contract sets out the conditions under which the supplementary cover is maintained in the event of termination, transfer or surrender of the retirement savings plan.
