Improvements made after the date defined in article L. 342-25 are presumed to have been made with the aim of obtaining higher compensation, in the absence of proof to the contrary. In order to establish the condition of the property on the date of the decision instituting the easement, an inventory of fixtures, requested by the most diligent party, shall be drawn up as soon as the easement is created.
