Companies or organisations holding approval under the provisions of article L. 321-7 in force prior to the publication of law no. 2002-3 of 3 January 2002 relating to the safety of transport infrastructures and systems, technical investigations and the underground storage of natural gas, hydrocarbons and chemical products retain the benefit of their approval.
