Article L321-7 of the French Civil Aviation Code

Companies or organisations holding approval under the provisions of article L. 321-7 in force prior to the publication of law no. 2002-3 of 3 January 2002 relating to the safety of transport infrastructures and systems, technical investigations and the underground storage of natural gas, hydrocarbons and chemical products retain the benefit of their approval.

Article L321-7

Les entreprises ou organismes titulaires d’un agrément au titre des dispositions de l’article L. 321-7 en vigueur antérieurement à la publication de la loi n° 2002-3 du 3 janvier 2002 relative à la sécurité des infrastructures et systèmes de transport, aux enquêtes techniques et au stockage souterrain de gaz naturel, d’hydrocarbures et de produits chimiques conservent le bénéfice de leur agrément.
