Title I: Purpose of validation of prior learning and legal regime

The role of the public service for validation of prior learning is to provide guidance and support to anyone applying for validation of their prior learning who can demonstrate that their activity is directly related to the content of the qualification in question.

A public interest group implements, at national level, the missions of the public service for the validation of prior learning mentioned in article L. 6411-1. The group contributes to informing people and guiding them in the organisation of their career.
